there are rules!!!!!!!
1. you must be a regretevator fan (it'd be preferred if you have content of regretevator somewhere on your site)
2. no nsfw, mature sites are allowed
3. don't be a weirdo to any degree (homophobia, racism, pedophiles, proshipping, darkshipping, etc etc)
4. must be a hand-coded site (no social media, rentry, straw.page, spacehey, carrds, etc etc)
5. be nice to others in the webring please
6. your website should have content on it, it doesn't have to have any finished pages but it shouldn't be empty

i don't check my emails a lot but i'll try my best to accept people as fast as possible! expect up to a week but it'll most likely only be up to 3 days
